Another breakfast at Ferry Building

Ran into my friend Tuan, so took his suggestion for Oysters and Korean food for breakfast.


Oysters from the Hog Island Oyster booth.  Great start.


Okonomiyaki with Egg and lots of bonito flakes from Namu.  I thought this was excellent, and paired perfectly with the Oysters.  (even though i've heard bad things about the Okonomiyaki.)  I'd get the two together again for sure.  A ferry building favorite.



I can't say I was hungry at this point, but I had been wanting to try the lemon tart from Boulette's Larder, and had green juice for dinner the night before, so went all in.  I've been trying a lot of lemon tarts recently, and this is the best lemon tart i've had in SF, by a margin.



I needed to cover the citrus-sweetness up with some chocolate, so got some from Boulette's Larder.  Overall, way too much dessert.  I'd do the oyster and okonomiyaki again, but definitely not the tart and chocolate as well, even though both were great.
